We have worked with Element on several projects over the past nine years, with our most recent project completed in 2024. Their team has installed full HVAC systems, including ductwork, furnaces, and air conditioners, as well as ductless mini-splits for us. LaVont was very professional and friendly. We have a new home and were not able to start the gas fireplace after the summer. LaVont was able to find the issue quickly and did a very thorough check of the system. LaVont went through the operation of the fireplace with my wife and I to make sure we were comfortable with it. Great experience with Daniel who was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He took care of our air conditioning unit and I am confident we will have no issues this summer when the heat comes. It was easy to schedule the appointment as well, great team!

Excellent service and knowledgeable personnel. My tech Oscar inspected my whole system inside and out to find the problem. He troubleshoot my problem down to a faulty/wrong breaker in my box. He swapped in another breaker to get my AC up and running right again. I could not be happier his professionalism and service.

I recently had three air conditioners serviced. Both Chris and Coel worked on the job. They both were courteous beyond the norm and serviced my Air Conditioners. Later in the week a tenant had blocked off the air intake to one and caused the unit to freeze up. Coel made it back after his shift was over, on a holiday weekend, and got me going again. This is the second time I have used Element and they seem to hire only technicians that really are customer focused. A Great Company.

We are extremely impressed and satisfied with Element Heating and Cooling! We called on a Monday after our AC stopped cooling day before. They were out that same day and gave me what we feel was an honest quote on repair. Out systems were over 30 yrs old and we decided time to replace them both. We got great financing through them and one week from our initial call, we have a furnace and AC unit we will never have to worry about again. Every person we dealt with was professional, personable and obviously experienced in their positions. I strongly recommend this company for any of your heating or cooling needs.

Element heating and cooling is great! Especially the guy tech named Kelly. They sent someone out the same day, service call fee was cheaper than expected. Kelly was very thorough and showed me and explained the process of troubleshooting our furnace as he was doing it. They were able to get the part needed and installed the next day. Definitely saved us a lot of headache and cold nights. Thanks to Kelly and the guys and gals of element for coming through for us! We will definitely recommend you and be using you in the future!
