Wendell is located in Gooding County, Idaho, approximately twenty-three miles northwest of Twin Falls and one-hundred seven miles southeast of the capital city of Boise.  Home to a population of approximately 2,700 residents, Wendell is served by an elementary, middle, and high school administered by the Wendell School District.  The city enjoys a semi-arid seasonal climate that produces hot dry summers, cold wet winters, and beautiful mild weather during spring and fall.
