Location: Twin Falls, ID
Shift: Monday – Friday - 7:00am to 5:00pm, Weekends as needed
Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 DOE

Responsibilities
Competencies
This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to keep composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Position requires excellent leadership skills to enhance team productivity and work-related standards. Must maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientated focus. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Skillful and professional conflict resolution skills are required.
Education and Experience
Requires a valid driver’s license, technical training, equipment knowledge and the ability to teach and advise. Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent. Applicable field experience is required.
Work Environment
Frequently works in outside weather conditions. May be exposed to uncomfortable temperatures and/or conditions. Occasionally exposed to wet, snow, hot, and humid conditions. Subject to dark confined workspaces such as crawl spaces and attics. Office like work environment as well throughout the day.
Physical Demands
Light to heavy working conditions. Be comfortable with and physically able to safely help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, stand for long periods of time, bend, crawl and kneel. Must be able to lift 100+ pounds.
Supervisory Responsibility
Directly supervises all Service Technicians, Works closely with Inside Sales Reps, Customer Service Reps and other department managers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Job Description:
The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, such as air conditioners, furnaces, fan coils, heat pumps, ductless systems, and fireplaces. The HVAC Service Technician will also perform warranty services, emergency repairs and assist with customers' queries.
